Perfume Final Book Cover Design

This is my Perfume Book Cover. The media I used for this was watercolour paints, then later refined in Photoshop. I think the illustration works because the colours I used make it look eye-catching which is was the main thing I wanted to achieve with this cover. I think the roses work well with the background because they look like they are coming out of the darkness. The only thing I am not happy about is the way I painted the women’s faces. They like they have been stuck on rather than appearing through making the rose and the face as one. I am going to redo the book cover before the deadline ends.
